Oracle 2 - Central 2B in Broadbeach with Views

It was just OK but I wouldn’t go back Negative: There were cockroaches. I didn’t like the louvres as a screen between the main bedroom and the shared bathroom. Poor privacy. What I didn’t like most is that booking.com and the host/room management company didn’t disclose that it was a B&B. I prefer to deal with a hotel rental. Also the Carpark is so confusing and difficult to manoeuvre.

From our arrival until our departure, it was a delight to stay in this apartment Positive: It was exactly as per the photos and so accessible, especially with our four-year-old boy Negative: Honestly, we loved everything

Positive: Clean and close to everything Negative: Construction noise

Positive: Location, ease of getting into the apartment, communication was great. Very happy, thank you. Negative: The chair could be cleaned, but other than that everything else was good.

If a reception had been available our stay would have been great Positive: Location was great Negative: No arrangements to leave luggage before or after check in/out times which was not disclosed and we had to collect a key and drop off to a random location even though their was a reception at the location. This information should have been disclosed as it definitely would not suit everyone. Not good enough
