Positive: Location, ease of getting into the apartment, communication was great. Very happy, thank you.
Negative: The chair could be cleaned, but other than that everything else was good.

If a reception had been available our stay would have been great
Positive: Location was great
Negative: No arrangements to leave luggage before or after check in/out times which was not disclosed and we had to collect a key and drop off to a random location even though their was a reception at the location. This information should have been disclosed as it definitely would not suit everyone. Not good enough

We will be back
Positive: Location, close to the beach, surrounded by restaurants and shopping centre across the road. The apartment was well presented with everything you needed for a short stay.

Positive: You booking system when we arrive was confusing. No prior message about bag drop off .if arriving early. Until you got to room . Needs to be sent with confirmation. Unable to contact anyone . Will never book like this again
