Perfect Positive: Location

A well-located delight in a great location. Positive: The property looked exactly like the photos. The view was great, and the beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms were large with spacious showers. We finally used the spa on our last evening and wished we had used it sooner - it was a great temperature and a wonderful end to a busy day. We will be back! Negative: The kitchen facilities were good, but could have been better with a few more items, such as a bread knife, strainer, etc.

Grotty tired and not clean. Positive: No food include Negative: Rooms very old and tired. Dirty. Bathroom area looked very dirty. Ground in dirt. Walls all dirty. Needs painting. Wifi did not work. For the price it was quite disgusting. No doonas. On beds. Only sheets Disgusting old blankets in wardrobe. Parking impossible. We paid to park elsewhere. For in excess of $750 for two nights. Extremely disappointing.

Great room, ridiculous system Positive: It was very close to the location of the music festival that I was in Broadbeach for and great access to public transport. Negative: I didn’t like the idea of having to go to another location to pick up the key and return it To have the burden of having to walk for 5 minutes or more to pick up and then return it especially when checking out early is something that seems unnecessary Why can’t the key be picked up from the reception that it already there? Perhaps that’s a relationship that needs working on I also think that 3 o’clock is bit late for a check in, especially given that neither the reception at the building or the shop where I had to pick up the key, would let me leave my bag before I could check in. I was also told that the email with the code required pick up the key would be sent through at 2.45 pm, it didn’t arrive till nearly 3 o’clock, meaning my check in was even later than 3 o’clock by the time I actually got to the room with my key.

Stay was excellent thank you, AC was annoying. Room cleanliness was the excellent Positive: Beautiful unit, clean and stylish. Bed comfortable, living room comfortable, great value Negative: The AC turns off every 30mins, had to keep turning it back on throughout the evening, room was very muggy when we woke in the morning.
