Positive: The host did not reply to any messages and there is no air conditioning in the room and has not been for three weeks this is what the staff said at the front desk Negative: No communications the air conditioning did not work it was being repaired three weeks ago so you have avoided my contract I want my money back

Great stay would love to stay again Positive: Location Negative: Key pick up and drop off

Great location and handy amenities, but cleanliness and pest issues significantly impacted the stay. Positive: Great location close to absolutely everything. The apartment had pretty much everything you needed and was very cute. The pool was great, and having a car spot was super handy. Negative: The place needed a really thorough clean, especially the shower, floors, and kitchen cabinets. It also smelled quite stale, like no one had stayed there in a while. The biggest issue was the presence of lots of small flies (similar to fruit flies) throughout the apartment in the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. We had to buy bug spray as they were everywhere, which was quite unpleasant. After spraying the entire apartment they disappeared, but toward the end of the trip they returned. We didn’t leave doors open, so we’re not sure where they were coming from.

Positive: Location is convenient and the layout is spacious Negative: The key to access the property needs to be obtained from a grocery store approximately 400m from the apartment. When you’re carrying luggage this can be tricky. The key also needs to be returned to the same grocery store

Would stay again Positive: Clean, modern and close to everything Negative: If you asked my husband he would say he couldn’t smoke outside and had to go down stairs. And I would say l liked everything
