Broadbeach Apartment + Amazing Ocean Views + WiFi

The accommodation was perfect for our needs and close to the Festival which was a plus. Positive: The location was perfect for our stay. The views of the ocean were amazing. We eat all meals out so had no need to use any of the appliances (cooker, dish washer, microwave) other than the kettle. Good hot shower. Negative: We did not like having to walk three blocks from Avani to the Grocery store to collect the door key and likewise to return the key, thankfully it wasn't raining. I have always received access to the apartment at reception in the past and have been able to access the room if we were early.

We had a great stay the apartment was neat and tidy and the host Mike was very responsive with our needs..

We recently stayed ( 7 nights) for our first family holiday with our 3 year old son and WOW it was amazing !! Exactly as it’s pictured online and in a fantastic location ( couldn’t find better) close to restaurants/main strip as well as Pacific Fair/tram/buses - easy walk to everything with a toddler also ! Mike is as an amazing host and was quick to respond with a few little hiccups upon arrival with the wifi/TV. Property was clean and well equipped as were hotel facilities. Staff on-site were also very helpful & friendly. Thanks for an awesome holiday Mike, we will be recommending your apartment to family and friends & can’t wait to return. Earley Family :)

Would rent again

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Easy walking distance to Pacific Fair and restaurants. We had some minor issues during our stay but the owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond.
